Johnson, plaintiff below, brought this action against Alpha High and the board of county commissioners of the county of Carter, defendants below, to quiet the title to certain real estate described as follows: S.E.%’ of the N.E.% of the S.E.%; W.y2 of the N.W.% of S.E.%; N.W.% of the S.W.% of the S.E.%; S.E.% of the S.W.% of S.E.%; N.W.% of the S.E.% of the S.E.%; S.% of the S.E.% of the S.E.%; all in section 13, township 5 south, range 3 west.
