Margarita Leyva appeals from a summary judgment granted in favor of Ace American Insurance Company. We affirm in part and reverse and remand in part.

FACTUAL SUMMARY

Leyva’s petition alleges that she was employed by Snelling Professional Staffing in May 2006 and was assigned to work for The Scott Fetzer Company d/b/a Kirby Company. Leyva suffered an on-the-job injury to her wrist when she slipped and fell at Fetzer.
