GETTLEMAN, District Judge.

The court hereby adopts Magistrate Judge Ashman’s Report and Recommendation regarding the limited issue contained in defendants’ pending motion for summary judgment of the choice of law to be applied in this action. The court agrees with Judge Ash-man’s thoughtful analysis of the application of the Illinois Choice of Law Rules to the fact alleged in plaintiffs complaint, and specifically with Judge Ashman’s assessment that Illinois has the most significant contacts with this matter because the injury occurred in Illinois, the conduct causing the injury occurred in…
