This appeal involves the sufficiency of a preliminary expert report in a medical malpractice case. Plaintiffs Mario and Michelle Tiscareno (individually and as next friends of their daughter, A.R.T.) filed a healthcare liability claim against Dr. Maria D. Velazquez and her health care practice, THN Physicians Association, claiming Dr. Velazquez’s negligence injured Michelle Tiscareno.
