This is an action to foreclose a mortgage on real property known as 93 Maple Avenue, unit 303, Glens Falls, Warren County, New York (the subject property). The subject property is one unit in a condominium building known as Canfield Square Condominiums. In the complaint, plaintiff alleges that on or about August 18, 2006, nonparty Parkside Development Partners, LLC executed a note in favor of plaintiff, in the principal amount of $250,000.
