Pursuant to the per curiam order of the Court of Customs and Patent Appeals remanding this cause to this court to reconsider plaintiff’s motion to amend judgment and for further proceedings, this court has reconsidered plaintiff’s said motion, previously dismissed, and adhered to its earlier ruling.
