The adjudication of the issues i'aised upon this appeal awarded plaintiff below from the decree dismissing the cause as developed by the pleadings and proof involves to some extent the interpretation of the will of Benjamin Denton, made and probated in Rockingham County, Virginia, in 1855, and recorded in Randolph County, then in Virginia, now in this state, in 1876, the land devised being in the last named county. The plaintiffs are the children and heirs at law of Thomas and his wife Margaret E. Hutchens, the daughter of the testator, and the defendants are Iantha Denton, the…
