The appellant, Chemical Methods Leasco, Inc., appeals the dismissal of its petition to register a foreign judgment. Appellant, a California corporation, obtained a default judgment1 against appellees, Judith Ellison and Jessie Rowe, residents of Arkansas, in the Municipal Court of West Orange County, California. Appellant thereafter sought registration of the judgment in the Garland County Circuit Court.
