OPINION AND ORDER

This is an appeal from an order entered in the jointly administered chapter 11 *678bankruptcy cases of appellees Genco Shipping & Trading Limited and related entities (together, “Genco”) disallowing the claims of appellants Fisher Brothers Management Co. LLC (“Fisher Management”) and Fisher-Park Lane Owner LLC (“Fisher-Park”). For the reasons set forth below, the Bankruptcy Court’s order disallowing appellants’ claims is VACATED and this matter is REMANDED to the Bankruptcy Court for further proceedings consistent with this Opinion and Order.
