WOODLEY, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of District Judge Otis T. Dunagan remanding appellant to custody for extradition to Wisconsin.

The Executive Warrant of the Governor of Texas recites that the Governor of Wisconsin has made known to him that appel*65Iant stands charged in that state by complaint and warrant with the crime of “abandonment and non-support of his minor children aged twelve, ten and seven years commited in said State and that said defendant has taken refuge in the State of Texas.”
