Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (William Leibovitz, J.), rendered June 11, 2001, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 7 to 14 years, to run concurrently with two consecutive terms of 3V2 to 7 years, with a period of five years’ postrelease supervision, unanimously modified, on the law, to the extent of vacating the provision for postrelease supervision, and otherwise affirmed.
