This case involves a dispute over the award of costs following a judgment entered in favor of Appellant Connie Bell against Appellee Robert Bershears. Following entry of the judgment, both parties filed motions seeking an award of costs. Ultimately, the trial court granted Appellee’s motion for costs under Ark. R. Civ. P. 68, but denied Appellant’s motion for costs under Ark. R. Civ. P. 54(d). For reversal, Appellant argues that the trial court’s order denying her costs and granting Appellee’s costs was in error.
