*681In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 75 to permanently stay arbitration of claims for underinsured motorist benefits, Nydia Rivera, Lisa Rivera, Nadine Valoy, Charisse Mercado, and Sasha Quintanilla appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Pitts, J.), dated September 26, 2007, which granted the petition.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
