This is a contest between the heirs of Jemima Wood the second wife of Joshua Wood, and J. N. B. Crim, his credit- or, who seeks to subject to the payment of debts against *481Joshua "Wood two tracts of land in Barbour county, containing respectively one hundred and seventy-six acres purchased by Joshua Wood of L. D. Morrall, special commissioner, under decree in the cause of Chrislip v. Chrislip, at the price of $2,300.00, in the year 1856; but for which no deed was ever made to Wood.
