for the Court.

¶ 1. The Hinds County Youth Court entered an order finding a minor child to have been physically abused by his father and giving custody of the minor child to his mother. The minor child’s father appeals to this Court, seeking the return of custody to him; however, the father likewise asserts that he did not receive notice of the adjudicatory hearing or other hearings preceding the adjudicatory hearing.
