delivered the Opinion of the Court.
On the 31st of October, 1837, B. G. Cutter & Co. filed this bill, in the Louisville Chancery Court, against Ben-jam in Monroe, praying that the goods of the defendant might be attached and held subject to the demands set up in the bill, unless he should give bond with security, that he would not remove himself or his goods out of this Commonwealth, but hold them subject to the order and decree of the Court, or on such other condition as might be safe; and finally, that the goods might be subjected to the payment of said demands; and for other…
