-This was an action in replevin instituted in the district court of Colfax county, by Josephine A. Clouthier, against the plaintiffs in error in this court, seeking to recover certain personal property, or the market value thereof, alleged to be the property of the plaintiff and at the time of the institution of the suit in the possession of the defendants.
