In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Donovan, J.), entered October 26, *6301988, which, upon a special jury verdict finding, inter alia, that the plaintiff Joan E. Strauss was negligent and that her negligence was a proximate cause of the accident, found that she was 100% at fault in the happening of the accident, and found her to be solely responsible for the payment of a $75,000 settlement to Lisa Strauss.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs to the respondent…
