This is an action to quiet title to a tract of land comprising 4.06 acres, located in Silver Bow county. Upon issue joined the cause was tried to the court without a jury, after the conclusion of which findings of fact and conclusions of law were by the court made in favor of the plaintiffs, upon which judgment was duly entered. The appeal is from the judgment.-

The complaint is in two counts, the first of which alleges that the plaintiffs are now, and that they and their predecessors in interest ever since September 22, 1885, have been, the owners in fee, in possession, and entitled to…
