Arnold & Itkin LLP, a Texas-based law firm, appeals from a judgment of the United District Court for the Southern District of New York (Sand, J.) sanctioning Arnold & Itkin for its conduct in opposing the arbitration of a dispute between its client, Michael Enmon, and appellee Prospect Capital Corporation (“Prospect”). 1 Arnold & Itkin challenges the determination that its conduct was sanctionable and the amount and form of the sanctions imposed.
