NETERER, District Judge.

This is a petition to review the order of the referee in approving-the election by tbe creditors of a trustee.

At the first meeting of the creditors, it appears, objection was made orally by tbe City Crain & Seed Company, having a claim of $564.51, to tbe allowance and voting of each of 66 claims. The meeting was ad*147joumed by the referee to afford opportunity to put the objection in writing.
