MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

On October 3, 2001, Defendants Buckeye State Mutual Insurance Co. (hereinafter “Buckeye”) filed a “Notice of Removal,” removing the instant action from the Wells County Circuit Court to this Court. Plaintiff Rex Fate (hereinafter “Fate”) filed “Plaintiffs Objection to Removal to Federal Court” on October 30, 2001, which the Court construes as a motion to remand the cause to the Wells County Circuit Court.
