The defendant, after trial to the court without a jury, was found guilty of assault with intent to commit rape and sentenced to the statutory roinimum of 2 years in prison. The only evidence in the case was the testimony of the prosecutrix. The sole issue on this appeal is whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain the conviction where the evidence consists solely of the uncorroborated testimony of the prosecutrix.
