BISHOP, J.

In this appeal, the plaintiffs, Robert D. Hartmann and Carol D. Hartmann, claim that the trial court incorrectly rendered summary judgment in favor of the defendant Joseph Bichfeldt and the substitute defendants1 on the second count of the complaint alleging intentional infliction of emotional distress. We disagree and affirm the judgment of the trial court.
