This matter is presently before this Court on the following three claims: Claim # 135 filed by PacifiCorp Kentucky Energy Company, Claim # 133 filed by Pacifi-Corp Power Marketing, Inc., and Claim # 65 filed by PacifiCorp Power Marketing, Inc.
