Defendants-Appellants, Lee and Melanie Reno, appeal from a summary judgment for Plaintiff-Appellee, GuideOne Mutual Insurance Company ("GuideOne"), on GuideOne's complaint seeking a declaration that a homeowner's liability insurance policy it had issued to the Renos provided no coverage for liability claims in a civil action commenced against the Renos by Jeffrey A.
