Procedural Posture
This matter comes before the Court in an unusual procedural posture. It arose in the September, 1990 filing of more than forty Adversary Proceedings by the Trustee of Admiral’s Walk, Inc. (a Chapter 11 debtor whose Order for relief was entered on June 1, 1990). In each of those Adversary Proceedings the Trustee sought to determine the validity and extent of a different mechanic’s lien as to property owned by the debtor.
