This is an appeal from a suit against the Recorder of Mortgages and King for Toys, Inc., seeking a writ of mandamus to compel the cancellation of the inscription of a judgment which was recorded in the office of the Recorder of Mortgages for the Parish of Orleans in mortgage office hook 1999, folio 469., The facts of the case are not at issue and may be stated briefly.
