—In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Slobod, J.), dated February 6, 1997, which directed the injured plaintiff to be examined by the defendants’ vocational rehabilitation expert, and (2) so much of an order of the same court, dated April 16, 1997, as, upon reargument, adhered to the prior determination.

Ordered that the appeal from the order dated February 6, 1997, is dismissed, as that order was superseded by the order dated April 16, 1997, made upon reargument; and it is further,
