OPINION AND ORDER

CEREZO, Chief Judge.

This action is before us on a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction under Rule 12(b)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P., or alternatively, Motion to Transfer filed by defendants (docket entry 2) and opposed by the plaintiffs (docket entry 13).
