(dissenting).—The uncontradicted and unimpeached testimony in this case reveals one of the most atrocious and cruel murders that is recorded in criminal records. The majority opinion fails to state the facts. I think it is important and necessary that this he done, and I will here succinctly state them. They were established by the uncontradicted testimony of disinterested witnesses and by the written confession of appellant himself.
