KEY, O. J..The following substantially correct statement of the nature and result of this suit is copied from the brief of the defendants in error.
“This case is a new and separate suit from but serving as a continuation of a suit, No. 21146, filed by the plaintiffs in error on the 11th day of July, 1904, in the Twenty-Sixth district court of Travis county, against the Gammel Book Company, H. P. N. Gammel, C. F. Gydeson, A. S.
