This case is an appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Appellants, Wayne Wheat and the House of Wheat Funeral Home, appeal the Bankruptcy Court’s Judgment Entry and Order Denying their Motion to Set Aside Judgment.
