• ■ This is an action on an appeal bond. Plaintiff had obtained judgment against the three original defendants, in solido, in the sum of $2,079.11, with legal interest and costs. Two of those defendants, Eugene Schoenfeld and Byron J. Babbin, devolutively appealed to this court which affirmed the trial court judgment (144 So.2d 595).
