CARDINE, Justice.

The question here presented is whether a judgment, claimed to have not been properly indexed, is a lien against real property which has priority over a bona fide purchaser for value. Although not specifically raised as issues by appellant, Everette E. Woodral (Woodral), we conclude it is neces*1174sary to address such additional matters as whether the judgment which resulted in the lien was in a proper form, signed by the district court, and the potential effect of Wyoming’s homestead exemption law.1
