Sanders, Judge:
On the 20th day of March, 1895, Arthur Logan made application to the defendant for a life insurance policy for $2,-000.00 for the benefit of the plaintiff. Upon the filing of this application with the defendant, and the payment of the premium agreed upon, it issued to the applicant the policy, payable on the death of Arthur Logan, to his daughter, the plaintiff, and on August 29, 1901, Arthur Logan died, whereupon the plaintiff furnished the proofs of death of said Arthur Logan to the company, as required by the policy and demanded the pa3iment thereof, which was refused by the…
