Plaintiffs have filed, at Docket 1, a Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief challenging the decisions to issue permits to Shell Offshore, Inc., (“Shell”) and BP Exploration (Alaska) (“BP”) to authorize seismic surveys during the summer and fall of 2008 in the Chukchi and Beaufort Seas.
