This is a personal injury suit for a death claim, growing out of an automobile accident in which a bus collided with a truck while attempting to pass. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendant, appellee here, in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, Mississippi, and from an adverse order and judgment overruling appellants’ motion for a new trial, the cause has been appealed to this Court.
