Applicant-appellant Heleen Mees appeals from a May 6, 2014 order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Loretta A. Pres-ka, C.J.) denying her application to compel discovery from respondent-appellee Wil-lem H. Buiter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1782.
