This appeal arises out of a suit by appellees to recover damages for the wrongful death of Giuseppe Biancaniello and for injuries to two other appellees resulting from an explosion which occurred in the-basement of a house at 911 Decatur Street,. N.W., on the evening of May 26, 1947..
