The plaintiffs are executors of William R. Thomas, who died April 4, 1932. The individual defendants are the administrator of the estate of John H. Waters, who died intestate August 14, 1933, and his widow and children, • distributees at the final adjudication of his administrator’s account. One of the corporate defendants, Hillerest Foundation, Inc., is a corporation organized by the widow and children5'to facilitate distribution in kind; the other, G. C.
