MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROBSON, Senior District Judge.

This cause is before the court on defendants’ motion to dismiss Counts I and II of plaintiff’s complaint for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. For the reasons hereinafter stated, the motion will be granted.

Plaintiff, Jerry Jorsch, has filed a four-count action seeking $750,000 in damages against defendants, Donald Joseph LeBeau, Jr. and Donald Joseph LeBeau, Sr. The gravamen of the complaint is that plaintiff, having been water skiing on Lake Michigan, 1 was struck and injured by a motorboat which is alleged to have been negligently…
