Appellant, a corporation, brought assumpsit against the appellees, Finn and thirty others, who, it is alleged, constituted the members of a voluntary association known as the La Grange Land & Improvement Association, of which the Title Guarantee & Trust Co. was trustee under certain articles of association entered into between twenty-three of the appellees and Robert A.
