LANDRY, Judge.

Defendant, Al H. German, has taken this appeal from the judgment of the trial court awarding petitioners Charles D. Arceneaux, Mary Abigail Arceneaux and Charles D. Arceneaux, Jr. damages for the alleged wrongful death of Mrs. Jacqueline Gail Arceneaux, wife and mother of petitioners, respectively. Mrs. Arceneaux’ demise resulted from injuries sustained while riding as guest passenger in a Volkswagen being driven by Mrs. Claire M. Stinson, which said car was struck from the rear by a Buick automobile owned and being driven by appellant. Named defendants are German (an uninsured…
