The relators in the above captioned proceedings seek our writ to prohibit respondent from further exercise of jurisdiction over two certain cases in which they respectively obtained judgments in the Magistrate Court. By agreement the two present actions in prohibition are consolidated for purposes of trial in this court. The ground urged in the petitions for prohibition is the total lack of jurisdiction of respondent over the cases and over the persons of the plaintiffs in the same.
