I agree with the court’s holding on the cross-examination of appellant’s expert witnesses preceding any testimony except the statement of qualifications and that each such witness had an opinion on the matter of value.

I cannot agree, however, on the treatment of the testimony of the value witnesses. In part, that disagreement is based upon a different concept as to evidence of market value. The difference in my concept and that of the majority is best illustrated by the inapplicability of the authority upon which its reliance is placed to the situation at hand.
