WALLER, Circuit Judge.

Appellant appeals from an injunction of the District Court restraining it from violating certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. The lower Court found that defendant was engaged in purchasing, receiving, handling, selling, and distributing at wholesale fresh fruits, vegetables, and similar produce. Approximately fifty per cent of the produce handled by appellant was purchased from outside the State of Louisiana and shipped to the defendant by rail in refrigerated cars.
