John J. Golden, Jr. (the “debtor”) filed a voluntary Chapter 7 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts on January 22, 1985. Com-pugraphic Corporation (“Compugraphic”), the plaintiff, was listed as a disputed unliq-uidated creditor in the amount of $1.5 mil lion.
