The Respondent, Candace Kingma-Piper, was charged in a complaint for disciplinary action with eight counts involving violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Low. Pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 28(11)(d), the parties reached an agreement and tendered for this Court's approval a "Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline". The Respondent also tendered her affidavit pursuant to Ad-mis.Disc.R. 23(17)(a). The agreed facts are as follows.
