This case comes up on a naked question of law.
The opponent, who is a creditor of the insolvent estate of Philippe Allinet, had his claim dismissed for want of proof, on the first tableau of distribution of the funds then in the hands of the syndic. Some time afterwards, the syndic filed another tableau, to distribute pro rata among' the creditors other funds ready for distribution.
